Role Summary:

We are looking for compassionate CSRs to be the first point of contact for our healthcare partners and patients. You will ensure that patients receive the right information and that their records are accurately processed.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Patient Intake: Handle inbound calls to register new patients and update existing profiles.​

Verification: Verify insurance eligibility and coordinate with providers for authorizations.​

Scheduling: Manage medical appointments and follow-up consultations.​

Documentation: Maintain detailed and HIPAA-compliant records of all interactions.
