Role Summary:

Our TSRs bridge the gap between healthcare technology and the end-user. If you have a knack for solving technical issues and understand the urgency of healthcare systems, we want you on our team.

Duties & Responsibilities:​
​​

Portal Support: Assist patients and providers with logging into and navigating Telehealth or Patient Portals.​

System Troubleshooting: Resolve software glitches related to Electronic Health Records (EHR) or billing systems.​

Data Integration: Ensure accurate syncing of medical data across various healthcare platforms.​

Escalation: Identify complex technical bugs and route them to the senior engineering team.​​
