Technical Support Representative (TSR) – Healthcare

Role Summary:

​

Our TSRs bridge the gap between healthcare technology and the end-user. If you have a knack for solving technical issues and understand the urgency of healthcare systems, we want you on our team.

​​

Duties & Responsibilities:​

​​

  • Portal Support: Assist patients and providers with logging into and navigating Telehealth or Patient Portals.​

  • System Troubleshooting: Resolve software glitches related to Electronic Health Records (EHR) or billing systems.​

  • Data Integration: Ensure accurate syncing of medical data across various healthcare platforms.​

  • Escalation: Identify complex technical bugs and route them to the senior engineering team.​​

  • Operating System: Windows 11 Pro (64-bit) – Genuine License Required​

  • CPU: Intel Core i5 or i7, 8th Gen or newer / AMD Ryzen 5 3000 Series or newer​

  • Memory: 16 GB RAM​

  • Storage: 128 GB SSD or higher â€‹

  • Internet: At least 20 Mbps wired DSL/Fiber (LTE/Prepaid Wifi allowed as backup)
