Role Summary:
​
Our TSRs bridge the gap between healthcare technology and the end-user. If you have a knack for solving technical issues and understand the urgency of healthcare systems, we want you on our team.
​​
Duties & Responsibilities:​
​
• Portal Support: Assist patients and providers with logging into and navigating Telehealth or Patient Portals.
​
• System Troubleshooting: Resolve software glitches related to Electronic Health Records (EHR) or billing systems.
​
• Data Integration: Ensure accurate syncing of medical data across various healthcare platforms.
​
• Escalation: Identify complex technical bugs and route them to the senior engineering team.
​
