Role Summary:

​

We are seeking a highly organized Healthcare VA to provide remote administrative support to medical practitioners and clinics. You will be the "backbone" that allows doctors to focus on patient care.

​​

Duties & Responsibilities:​

​

• Calendar Management: Coordinate complex schedules, surgeries, and staff meetings.

​

• Medical Billing/Coding: Assist in preparing claims and following up on unpaid invoices.

​

• Email Management: Filter and respond to non-clinical inquiries and professional correspondence.

​

• Transcription: Convert voice recordings or notes into formal medical reports.

​

Key Requirements for All Roles:

​

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

​

• Strong understanding of HIPAA and patient privacy regulations.

​

• Previous experience in the healthcare BPO or medical field is a plus.

​

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.

​
